The dimensions, materials, lighting conditions and room acoustics have a direct influence on the furnishings. Apartments Newport, Sylt

The landscape around List is characterized by heathland, salt marshes, dunes and sand dunes up to 30 meters high in the largest shifting dune area in Europe. The location of the new building project - in the middle of List and yet directly on the beach - is the inspiration for a harmonious yet independent aesthetic of this new building complex, in which we planned and designed 16 apartments. >>

A loft in beautiful old building architecture that shapes the atmosphere of the apartment. Together with creative and decisive customers, a very special work of art has been created. >>

We have further developed an existing apartment by optimizing the floor plan so that both the rooms have a contemporary architecture. The furnishings were selected accordingly and partly built in the Bornhold Manufaktur. >>

In collaboration with our carpentry workshop, we design and build kitchens - and therefore do not have to adhere to any grid dimensions (as is usual in the kitchen industry). This means we can respond completely individually to your wishes and the dimensions of the rooms.
