The colors of the island can be found in every apartment: sand tones in all shades as a base, complemented by fine color accents and exciting material textures. The apartments are furnished with individual furniture, with accentuating fabrics, high-quality wool carpets, hand-made furniture, flattering window decorations and solid, smoked wooden surfaces. We have used a lot of natural materials such as wood, bamboo, wool and cotton, because natural materials add a powerful dimension to our lives: silence. We arrive and find peace.

This is how very different units were created, all coordinated with the building materials and the facade, so that the entire cosmos is homogeneous.

Furniture from Bielefelder Werkstätten, Schramm, Lema and Christine Kröncke on wonderful wool carpets from JAB Anstoetz represent the standards and quality that are a MUST for us. We also manufacture a lot of furniture to measure in our BORNHOLD MANUFAKTUR, so even the smallest units are optimally furnished. Upholstered furniture with the best interior, with solid beechwood frames, good springs and filling materials - all made in Germany. For built-in cupboards and cabinet furniture, we are completely flexible in terms of size, shape and surfaces. For surfaces and floorboards, we use solid, smoked and oiled wood. For a good night's sleep, we work exclusively with Schramm beds. Modern fireplaces and infrared saunas integrated into the showers complete the feel-good theme. Coming home after a walk on the beach becomes an experience.

We call the overall concept "ready to use" - and so in Siematic kitchens with electronic appliances from Miele and Gaggenau, there is no shortage of cutlery, kitchen towels or a wine fridge. You only have to take care of the wine yourself. Although we have a few good tips for that too...
