This loft impresses with its unique flair, which is largely characterized by the incoming light - a central element that we deliberately focused on in the architectural design.

The upper floor was completely adapted to the individual needs of the owner: it was to be a place where you can relax, cook, eat together and spend sociable evenings. In addition to an open kitchen, we also integrated a stylish bar. This floor reflects the character of a sociable host who loves spending time with friends.

The private retreat is located in the basement, which impresses with its quiet but still lively atmosphere. The sunlight reflects subtly here, supported by targeted color accents that give the room a special touch. The velvet-covered chairs look like art objects, but at the same time fulfill a functional role.
